• Lead the transition from a PHP-based front-end to AngularJS. The main goal was to have a more interactive and improved user experience while improving the maintainability.

I had the opportunity to be part of OTYS during its rapid growth as a comprehensive Applicant Tracking System (ATS). When I joined the company in 2005, I was the 5th employee. Seven years later I was part of the management team and oversaw the Web-development and Support teams.
